Spanish professional football club, Real Madrid has reportedly agreed to sign off its defender, Raphael Varane, for a move to Manchester United.
Daily Mail reports that the English Premier League club may hand the number 4 jersey to Varane as he is on the verge of continuing his football career at Old Trafford.
Should all things end well, Varane will line up alongside Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw and Aaron-Wan Bissaka in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s defends line, Naija News reports.
The 28-year-old has worn 19, 2 and 5 for Los Blancos because Sergio Ramos always had the no 4 jersey shirt. However, he sports 4 for France and wore it during their 2018 World Cup triumph.
