Man dies after slipping into soakaway pit at primary health centre in Edo
A tragic incident occurred at Oredo Primary Health Centre in Oredo Local Government Area of Edo State, as an unidentified man died after falling inside a soakaway. The incident occurred shortly after the middle-aged man left the long queue for the registration for free medical exercise to urinate.
