Argentina international Mauro Icardi added the third for Galatasaray six minutes later.
Mamadou Fall and Haris Hairadinovic and Nuno Da Costa were both on target for Kasimpasa.
Kasimpasa paraded another Nigerian, Kenneth Omeruo for 70 minutes in the thrilling encounter.
Osimhen was replaced by Dries Mertens after the break.
The powerful striker has so far scored two goals and registered two assists in three league outings for the Yellow and Reds.
Meanwhile, Osimhen returned to training on Saturday after sustaining a muscle injury in the Turkish Super Lig champions 3-3 home draw against Kasimpasa last month.

The striker was also left out of Nigeria’s squad for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying double-header against Libya.
Galatasaray’s Istanbul derby clash with Besiktas is fixed for October 28.
