Body types refers to the natural shapes and structure of the body which will determine how clothing fits and looks. As lady, understanding your body type is the first step to taking your fashion to the next level.

Let’s look into some common body types and best suited sets of clothing for each;

- Rectangle or straight shape: A rectangular-shaped body type has similar body measurements for all parts of the body, bust, waist, hips. Peplum tops, layered dresses and belted outfits enhances this body type.
- Apple or Round: Apple-shaped body type has shoulders and bust that are larger than the hips and a waist that is not well defined. This shape often come with shorter necks, narrow hips and great legs. A-line dresses, wrap dresses are well suited for this shape type.
- Inverted Triangle: Inverted triangle-shaped body comes with a wider upper parts, shoulders, busts and hip. A-line dress, wide-leg pants helps balance the shape.
