A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has sacked Tochukwu Okorie as the chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ebonyi State

Justice A. Abubakar on Wednesday handed over the leadership of the party to Joseph Onu Silas.

Following the outcome of the PDP Chairmanship election that brought in Okorie, Silas, who emerged second, sought redress in court, Politics Nigeria reports.

It was learnt that the court granted all the four reliefs prayed by the plaintiff.
